If your Bean Day Vendor Application and Fees are accepted by the Bean Day Association, you will also be required to have a current Village of Wagon Mound Business Registration or Business Permit before you open your booth for business. Please click HERE for the Village of Wagon Mound Business Applications.
Fees for the Bean Day Vendor Application are payable to the Wagon Mound Bean Day Association.
Fees for the Village of Wagon Mound Business Registration (for vendors with a valid NM CRS ID number) or Business Permit (for vendors who do not have a NM CRS ID number) are due to the Village of Wagon Mound.
All food vendors must also obtain a food permit from the New Mexico Health and Environmental Department at 18 Gallegos Road, Las Vegas, NM 87701, or call 505-425-9368. Apply no later than ten days prior to the event.
Join us for our 116th Annual Bean Day Celebration Parade. This year we are asking the most important question you can ask in New Mexico. Red or Green? Christmas? Enter a float in our parade and tell us which one you like better.
We welcome everyone to enter our parade and stick around for our street events after! Our famous free BBQ and music in the park bring people from all over the United States. Bring a chair and taste tradition.
